I am excited to announce that I am teaming up with a local nonprofit organization to invite you to come make some magic happen with us!

Micah Community Movement is an Oklahoma City based nonprofit that serves our unhoused and elderly neighbors. I am a firm believer in the powerful magic of community and this is a fun way for us to get together and support them.

What’s Happening

For the holiday season, I am offering three packages as a fundraiser for Micah Community Movement (MCM).

Christmas Book 1 Special

When you order Children of the Ancient Heroes: Dreams and Nightmares for $12, $5 will go to MCM.

Christmas Event Bundle

When you buy both books and a ticket to the “An Afternoon of Magic and Adventure” event for $25, $10 will go to MCM.

Christmas Raffle Bundle

When you buy everything in the Event Bundle plus a Raffle ticket for the special book basket prize for $30, $15 will go to MCM

When and Where is This Happening

All sales for the event will be taken through my Square site: russelljfellows.square.site or at in-person events until December 15, 2025.

The “Afternoon of Magic and Adventure” event will be held at Commonplace Books in Oklahoma City on January 17, 2026 from 1 PM to 3 PM.

Tell Me More

This is truly going to be an afternoon of magic and adventure. Your ticket gives you access to family-friendly activities like face painting, live music, live readings from my books and possibly others, and raffle for a book basket full of books ranging from picture books to Young Adult! Plus there will be snacks and drinks.

Make Some Magic

In my stories, Tirza Nesbit longs for magic and adventure. She believes with all her heart that magic is real, but she doesn’t know where to look for it. MCM is making real magic happen everyday. You can be part of it. When we come together as a community and help each other and share stories, laughter, and joy – that’s magical.
